Avoid hot showers, baths, hot tubs, and exercise for 24-48 hours after each treatment. No direct suntan and tanning beds. Always apply sunscreen to the treated area during the treatment phase. Avoid applying cosmetics to the treated area until redness (if any) has subsided. Add good hydration to your skincare routine and may get a post kit for better healing. (We provide it at our office ).
